That's the bees knees!

Creating habitat for pollinators has been an exciting trend around the city lately. With more habitat for native bees such as the Blue Orchard Mason Bee, there is more fruit, more diversity and more opportunity for learning. Also, an opportunity to create artistic dwellings for local wildlife. Now that's a good time!

At the Sunshine Patch in Strathcona, two wildlife poles have been put up. With the help of the community the garden has seen a big transformation this month, including new homes for some of our six legged buzzing friends.
